So you winded up getting a fantastic deal and you want to know the best way to reserve your AWESOME amazing Napa Valley Bike tour?? Well on this page, we've included some facts on how to redeem it to get you on the road to checking out some of the beautiful terrain and wineries in Napa Valley.We'll also include some awesome ideas on what you can expect and how to make the best out of your day.

How do I reserve my bikes using Groupon?

The best way is to reserve with email. You can email us at changeofgreenery@gmail.com. Please include the following: Name, Groupon #, Date and Time. NO WALK-INS will be accepted as we may not have any bikes when you come. NO ONLINE BOOKINGS ARE ALLOWED. YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $10.00 CANCELLATION FEE.

What happens if I cancel?
You may forfeit your Groupon. Rescheduling fee is $5.00.

What all is provided with the bike rental?
The ebikes are fully equipped with a lock, basket and a helmet.

What all do I need bring?
Wear sunblock and your eco-friendly water bottle (a regular 12 oz water bottle will not fit in the water cage). Also wear comfy shoes – no flip flops or heels please. Feel free to bring a picnic lunch or have amazing Chef Brian Whitmer pack up something for you from Napa Valley Marriott’s VINeleven.

Do I have to stay at The Napa Valley Marriott?
No you do not, but our ebike riders can take advantage of the 10% off the room rate Napa Valley Marriott. Please email us for the coupon code to use at marriottoffer [at] changeofgreenery dot com.

What time do I pick up my electric bike?
You can pick up your bike anytime from 9am - 12pm for the all-day bike rental. For the 4-hour tours, please pick up your bike at 9am or 1pm.

Where do I pick up my electric bike?
You pick up your bike behind the Napa Valley Marriott Spa. There are two buildings on-site. One is the hotel and the other is the spa. We are located behind the spa. Please park around that area as well if you are just coming to visit us.

What time is drop off and what happens if I don't return it?
Drop off time is 6pm. We have a late return fee of $20 per bike.

What happens if my battery runs out of juice?
More than likely, your battery will NOT run out of electricity with our bike maps using PEDAL-ASSIST. You are more than welcome to take the VINE 10 bus back to the Napa Valley Marriott. The VINE bus system provides a bike rack equipped for two bikes per bus.

I've never been on an electric bike before. Is it hard?
If you have ridden a regular bike before, you can ride an electric bike just as easily. The only difference is the enclosed motor hub and the throttle. Yes, the bike is heavier than most mountain bikes, but our electric bikes is less obtrusive looking to other ebikes.

How much do the bikes weigh?
Approximately 55 pounds.

How long will the battery last?
Depending on your weight and how often you use your throttle, the bike should be able to take you up to 30 miles on REGULAR, FLAT terrain. If you use pedal assist the entire time, you should have no problem doing the 27-mile loop. If you use throttle mode the entire time (AKA no pedaling), your battery time should be cut in half - approximately 13-15 miles.

Do you provide bottle pick up service?
If you cannot take your bottle with you in your backpack or in your bike basket, we will gladly pick it up from you with a minimum of 3 bottle pickups per trip from our partners only. Bottle service from non-partners will be a $5.00 charge per winery.

How many wineries can I visit in one day?
Most guests who visit Napa only see three wineries or tasting rooms. We do not suggest drinking and driving, as that is very dangerous. Please use your best judgment in sampling the wines (Swirl, Sip and Spit Method).

What happens if I can't make it back in time?
If you are close to the Napa Vine Bus stop (Vine 10 going southbound), you can hop on that bus and it will take you back to The Napa Valley Marriott.

Can you get someone to pick us up?
Pickup service is $25.00 per person. Maximum of 2 at a time.

Can you drop off the bikes at our hotel?
We can drop off and pick up the bikes at a local hotel within a 5 mile radius for an additional $25.00 for two bikes. Two bikes only.

Do you have a baby trailer?
Yes, we have a baby trailer. First come, first serve.

Do you have a tag-along for our little one?
Yes, we have a tag-along. First come, first serve.
